Low-impact, Strength, Endurance, & Fun!
In this fun, shallow-water exercise class you’ll use multiple tools such as splash-board, water dumbells, noodles, and more. We focus on increasing strength and endurance. Splash is suitable for all skill levels and is and safe for non-swimmers.

Relax & Untwist
Move through seated and standing yoga poses designed to
increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Finish with restorative breathing
exercises and final relaxation to promote reduced stress and mental clarity.

Get Fit, Have Fun, Make Friends
SilverSneakers® Classic: Increase muscle strength and range of movement, and improve
activities for daily living. You’ll have a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Your
instructor can modify the exercises for your fitness level.

that strengthen the ankle, knee and hip joints, all in a fun and social setting. This class is
designed specifically to help prevent falls.

Mediation trains attention and awareness and achieves a mentally clear and emotionally calm, and stable state.

Find Your Core
It's a total-body program that incorporates strength training, cardio, core work, yoga, and flexibility. The Muscle confusion concept that it supports does help you get through plateaus, which everyone faces in their fitness routine.
